Last Chances for guided orchard tours
As the orchards of the National Fruit Collection at Brogdale reach the end of harvest time Brogdale’s season of guided tours is drawing to an end.
Guided tours run for April – October every year, so this year’s tour season is drawing to an end.
Guided Walking Tours run at 11am, 1pm and 2:30pm – 7 days a week and there is no need to book, just turn up in enough time to purchase your ticket and join a tour. The knowledgeable guides will take you on a journey of discovery as the orchards of the National Fruit Collection are bursting with apples and a fruit filled harvest. Your guide will answer your questions and awaken your taste bud with samples of the fruit as well as helping you learn all about the National Fruit Collection and it’s over 4000 fruit tree varieties.
Last guided tour date: 31st October so join a tour while you still can and see the orchards full of apples
Once the guided tour season is over you can still enjoy exploring the orchards of the National Fruit Collection on a self-guided walk. Self guided walks can be taken all year round and as many times as you want so you can still enjoy your visit to Brogdale.
