Autumn half term kids juicing

October Half Term Fun

Kids’ Juicing Workshops 23d, 24th, 25th October

Our Kids’ Juicing Workshops are great, educational, practical and fun. Everyone loves apple juice and it’s something the whole family can enjoy, but have you ever thought about where is comes from and how it is made? Well look no further than the lovely orchards of the National Fruit Collection and the Brogdale Collections Heritage Orchards this half term.

Children have a unique opportunity to explore where apples are growing and find out what happens to them. Come along to Brogdale during apple harvesting season and walk through the orchards, pick and taste some apples from our special heritage orchards. Have a go at making freshly pressed juice and take home some apple juice in a reusable Brogdale water bottle.
