About the instructor:

Born into the farming world, Lizzie Offen has been around animals her whole life, including many breeds of poultry. Growing up, chickens, turkeys, ducks and guinea fowl were all a symbiotic part of daily life and today chickens, ducks and peafowl are resident at the farm. These include many rescues that Lizzie has rescued and reared for release, including wild ducks and pheasants.

Lizzie is incredibly passionate about animals and birds and sharing her knowledge of them, to provide a more fulfilling life not only for them, but also for those of us lucky enough to be able to invite them into our lives.
