Covid-19 Update – Orchard Walks
Orchard Walks: Following the recent changes in Government advice allowing gardens & land maintained for public use to open, you can use your Orchard pass to tour the National Fruit Collection.
Self-guided walks are available from 10am to 4pm daily, with numbers limited for safety.
Brogdale is a large open space, and hence, if people behave responsibly, they can enjoy the fresh air and the orchards whilst adhering to social distancing guidelines.
Our priority will be to ensure you have a safe visit so, we will require all visits to be pre-booked, including existing pass holders.
We will maintain a high standard of cleanliness around the site and would ask you to respect other people’s personal space in order to minimise both the risk of any infection and the spread of the virus.

Brogdale Collections is a Charity, receiving no Government funding. We rely substantially on revenues from events and festivals, visits and tours, classes and courses. Covid-19 has put us under considerable pressure. But we intend to come through this and to continue public engagement with the National Fruit Collection. We intend to continue as a key part of our local community, and important nationally and internationally. If you would like to support us further with any form of donation, such as online via PayPal then we would be immensely grateful.
We look forward to welcoming you back, in the meantime, stay safe and healthy.
Brogdale has unlimited free parking & disabled toilets.
Please ensure you bring your Orchard pass with you.
