Our meeting rooms offer a unique and spacious venue for your meeting, function or event.
Surrounded by 150 acres of Kentish orchards. You and your team will have a fantastic space to plan, discuss and learn new skills.
The Russet Room is the larger of our two rooms and is ideal for larger meetings, presentations and team-building days. With access to a basic kitchenette, it’s ideal if you are looking to self-cater or require refreshments throughout the day.
The Morello Room is the smaller of our two rooms with slide back doors that open out to the back of Brogdale, making access to the fields and orchards easy.
The Brogdale Marquee is situated on the festival field. The Brogdale marquee is a summer venue and offers good space with fresh air and outdoor views, perfect for a team-building day and lunch meetings. The Brogdale Marquee is available to hire during the summer season only (May – October) Availability depends on the season and festival schedule.
A special Day Delegate rate is available and includes unlimited tea & coffee plus a buffet-style lunch.
Both rooms have access to unlimited free parking, free wifi, disabled facilities, projector screen/flip cart (on request), TV display screen (Russet Room only), marketplace shops, and a restaurant.
Our flexible service and facilities mean our meeting rooms are perfect for your function, be it a board meeting, conference, or training session. We can even accommodate events, parties, groups, or classes.

The onsite farm shop Tiddly Pomme offers a lovely range of local produce and gifts as well Brogdale ciders, juices, jams and chutneys. Find a selection of wines and spirits as well as seasonal Brogdale Fruits. A great way to finish your day here at Brogdale and take home Brogdale produce. (Closed on Mondays)
The Courtyard Restaurant provides delicious home-made locally sourced meals and refreshments. Special dietary requirements are catered for too – from vegetarian to gluten-free. You can also find afternoon teas! (Also closed on Monday)
Self-Catering or ordering in food for your function is more than welcome.
Should you wish to add something extra to your day, why not take a Guided Walk around our beautiful orchards on a private Orchard Tour. Tours can be tailored to your time frame and are priced at a reduced group rate (for 10 or more people).
